Kevin Smith is back in San Diego for Comic-Con 2025, and he’s bringing not one, not two, but *three* fan-favorite live shows that are basically a pop culture fever dream come true. Mark your calendars, book your bar tabs, and cancel your early mornings — the festivities are all happening at **Good Night John Boy** (401 G Street), where the cocktails are strong and the nostalgia is stronger. All shows are 21+ (because of course, they are), and tickets are live now at **$37.75 each** for Thursday, July 24 and Friday, July 25.
Here’s the rundown, straight from the View Askewniverse to your Comic-Con weekend:

Thursday, July 24 – “Archie Meets Jay & Silent Bob Live!”
You read that right. Kevin and Jay are bringing their absurd, stoner-satire energy to the squeaky-clean streets of Riverdale — again. “Archie Meets Jay & Silent Bob Live!” is a raucous live reading of their official Archie Comics crossover, complete with audience participation and probably a lot of redhead jokes. Doors swing open at 7PM, and the show runs 8PM-10PM. Jughead never saw this coming.

Friday, July 25 (Early Show) – “The Ghosts of Comic-Cons Past” with Jay Mewes
Jay Mewes gets introspective — in his own chaotic way — with a one-man show reflecting on **30 years** of Comic-Con memories. Expect stories, surprises, and maybe a few NSFW moments from the floor of Hall H (or behind it). Doors at 5PM, showtime 6PM-7:30PM. It’s like a TED Talk, but with more F-bombs.

Friday, July 25 (Late Show) – “Hollywood Babble-On” with Kevin Smith & Ralph Garman**
Close out your night with the pop culture roast that’s equal parts Hollywood gossip and geeky rage. Smith and Garman return with **“Hollywood Babble-On,”** their long-running podcast full of sharp commentary, nerd trivia, and unapologetic tangents. Doors at 7:30PM, showtime 8PM-10PM. Think of it as the afterparty for your afterparty.
